Simon Wilson
CEO & Co-Founder
Simon has been in EMS long enough to know two things: good gear matters, and coffee should be considered a controlled substance. Serving as a paramedic, he brings firsthand knowledge of what gear actually holds up in the field. Outside of medicine, Simon is a husband and father of 3 and is driven by building community and finding ways to support the people who run toward emergencies instead of away from them.

Joey Hayman
CFO & Co-Founder
With years of experience in EMS and firefighting, Joey knows that the line between chaos and calm can boil down to the tools and resources you have available to you. Joey focuses on practical solutions and making sure first responders have what they need when it matters most. Off shift, Joey is a husband and father and is all about problem solving, teamwork, and keeping the mission grounded in reality.

COO & Co-Founder
Chris has been serving his community in public safety for more than a decade. As a paramedic, he’s no stranger to the grind of long nights and high stakes calls. He’s committed to replacing throwaway gear with equipment that actually earns its place in the field. Beyond the job, Chris brings sharp insight and a relentless drive to build something that strengthens and supports the first responder community.
