We’re first responders ourselves. That means no gimmicks, no junk, no “survival sporks.” Just real tools and refills that actually hold up when you need them.
Each month you’ll get a mix of refill essentials (the stuff you burn through on shift), new gear we’ve tested in the field, and the option to add extras like coffee, apparel, or premium tools. Every item is hand-picked and field-tested by full time first responders.
Yes. The base box is the same across the board so every subscriber gets equal value. Your box becomes yours when you tack on optional add-ons like Coffee of the Month, Apparel, or Premium Gear.
We beat it up on shift. If it fails, it doesn’t make it in. Everything you get is gear we’d actually trust in the field or on the road.
Yes. No contracts, no drama. Pause, skip, or cancel anytime.
Nope. While we built Overtime Supply Co. for EMS, fire, police, and nurses; anyone who works long shifts, or just wants gritty, practical gear will find value in it.

Terms of Service
Welcome to Overtime Supply Co! We’re first responders building something for first responders (and nurses). By subscribing to our box, you agree to the following terms. Nothing scary, just the rules so we’re all on the same page.
Subscriptions
Our subscription is $54.95/month with optional upgrades at extra cost.
Subscriptions auto-renew every month unless you cancel before your renewal date.
We also offer prepaid plans at a discount. The longer you commit, the more you save.
Payments are handled securely through Stripe. We don’t store your card details.
Preorders & Shipping
Our launch preorder window is 60 days. You’ll be charged on November 13th, 2025
First boxes will ship in time for Christmas (or by Jan 1 at the latest).
After launch, boxes ship between the 10th and 15th of each month.. Billing happens mid month prior.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Currently, we ship within the U.S. only.
Cancellations & Refunds
You can cancel anytime through your account dashboard.
To avoid being charged again, cancel before your renewal date.
Refunds: We handle these case by case. If something goes wrong, we’ll work with you to take care of it.
What’s Inside the Box
Every box includes useful, field-ready gear. Items may change monthly. That’s part of the fun!
Sometimes it’s food or drinks (like RXBARs, Liquid IV, or coffee). We do our best to share allergen info, but:
RXBARs may contain or be processed near tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, milk, soy, and wheat.
Coffee and Liquid IV are made in facilities that may process allergens.
Always check labels for the most accurate info. Consume at your own discretion.
Some gear may include sharp objects (like trauma shears, cutters, or knives). Please use responsibly. We’re not liable for accidents, misuse, or injury.
Legal Stuff
We own our name, logo, and content. Please don’t copy, resell, or repackage our boxes without permission.
We don’t sell or misuse your data. Stripe handles payment info securely; we only use your email/shipping details to deliver your box.
If something goes wrong (delays, lost mail, gear swaps), we’ll do our best to make it right, but we’re not liable for things outside our control.
In short: We’re here to support you with gear and coffee. You keep us honest by canceling if you don’t want the box anymore. Everybody wins.
